How can I cancel or change something about an order I have just made?
Once the order is made, we do not accept changes or cancellations. Once received, if you still want to change it or return it, you can contact us to arrange the return. Do not forget that the maximum term to make changes or returns is 10 days from the date of receipt of the same.
Can I add one more item to my order?
We understand that sometimes you may want to add more Filou accessories to your order, however once the order has been launched we can not modify it - even if it is being processed. If you want to buy more accessories, we recommend that you place an order separately.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
You can contact us to arrange the change of the product, sending photos of the product and proof of purchase. Our team will be happy to help you with the processing of the change.
Do you do international shipments?
Yes, we ship internationally, the shipping costs are calculated at the end of the purchase process depending on the country of destination and will be communicated to you before the purchase is finished.
Do you wrap for a gift?
We do not have wrapping paper, however each accessory comes wrapped with a stunning packaging that will make the receiver out of breath.
